- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price out jobs on a case by case basis but strive to be competitively priced and provide high quality work and customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and get a good idea of what the end goal of the project is. From there we can plan everything out and agree on a price. Upon arrival I like to again introduce myself, do a quick walk through of the project to confirm we are on the same page and then get right to work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up helping my father with projects all around the house and have always had a knack for being very handy with attention to detail. Since then I have worked on full house remodels, built tables, nightstands, wall decor, shelving and even a Murphy bed. I also spent 15 years in customer service.
