- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive, transparent pricing based on the scope of work, flooring product selected, and installation requirements. Every project includes a free in-home or office consultation where we measure, assess subfloor conditions, and provide professional recommendations. As a Veteran-Owned business, we proudly offer military and first responder discounts. Our goal is to provide exceptional value, quality products, expert installation, and manufacturer-backed warranties, and not simply be the lowest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free in-home or office consultation and bring our Mobile Flooring Showroom directly to your home or business. During the visit, we measure the space, discuss your goals, evaluate subfloor conditions, and help you compare flooring options in your own lighting and decor. After the consultation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining materials, installation, project scope, and warranty information. Once approved, we coordinate ordering, scheduling, installation, and final walkthrough to ensure complete satisfaction.
