- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricings are determined by the services rendered. Monthly Lawn Maintenance is priced per cut or per month. Automatic payments (Bill Pay) or service paid in advance will receive a 10% discount. Seniors, and Public Service (teachers, military, LEO, EMT) will receive a 10% discount. We also offer a loyalty discount of 5% for customers that stay with us over a 12 month period. All discounts can be combined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Develop a service or maintenance plan to meet the customers expectations and budget needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a member of the FFA, learning and growing horticulture. I have over 10 years of experience of lawn maintenance, shrub pruning, landscaping, and irrigation experience.
