- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the needs of our customers, pricing and date of the event, and conclude a contract. Depending on the agreement, if our service includes rentals, our customers either pick up the equipment or we deliver and set it up. If our services include a performance, we travel to the venue, set up our props, perform the show, and collect our fee on-site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 30 years of experience, our family has provided world-class of entertainment for many circuses and venues throughout the world, had numerous TV-appearances, and has won multiple awards at international circus competitions.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with ordinary families looking to rent inflatables for their party, circuses, shopping malls, casinos, theme parks, special event organizations, theaters, cruise ships, schools, restaurants, and many other venues.
