FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I found out standard, is not everywhere, so, i price on what the going rate in that area is, and by the job some times, depending on the type of work; by the hour, and mostly by the sq. ft. whatever that rate may be, certain jobs i'll work with certain, customers if,it's a need to do so,also, if i can, i'll finance the job with the total on materials and a portion of labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I thank them first of all for allowing me to do the work for, then i see what actually want done!, many times the work request is totally different, than what they need done, then i tell them if I can do that work, I try to give the best quote possible for both of us to agree on, and when the is to done. at that time, please, allow me to do the work, unless it's a certain way the customer needs that work done, otherwise allow me to do what i KNOW!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
