- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by asking them to send a video walkthrough of their home. This helps us understand the space and any specific areas that may need extra attention. We also request their phone number and address to keep in touch and for scheduling purposes. Next, we discuss how frequently they would like to have their home cleaned and set up a schedule that works best for them. Once everything is set, we proceed with the cleaning, making sure to focus on detailed and thorough cleaning to meet their expectations. Lastly, we request a review from our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Honestly, having two kids, three cats, and four dogs has been the best training ground! Every day is a lesson in tackling messes, fur, and dander. Plus, helping my grandparents clean their home has taught me a lot about maintaining a tidy space. All of this experience really helps me understand what my clients need and how to deliver a thorough cleaning service. On top of that, my boyfriend and I focus on detailed and thorough cleaning for homes through our business, S & D Luxe Cleaning Service. We genuinely care about making spaces shine and always prioritize customer satisfaction. Everyday we learn something new.
