- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a hourly cost with a 3 hour minimum, but I have discounts if you buy a package for larger projects. The pricing is for my time on the project, and planning the system. It does not include any supplies that we may need such as baskets, bins etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is a FREE 30 min consultation over the phone or zoom. This is a time to talk, discuss the basics of what you need help with, and a time for questions. After this, we set a time for the first session. We start with discussing style of organizing while we declutter the space. Depending on the area, the declutter may take the entire first session. We work on this together. The organizing is set up according to what makes it easiest for your home to function. We will discuss different options for containing items. The organizing can be done together, or if you prefer I can work on this part alone while you enjoy some relaxing time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as an Organizational Specialist. I am also certified as an Interior Decorator.
