This was my first experience with an uninvited "guest." Chris is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He trapped the raccoon, cleaned up the raccoon damage, and secured my soffitt so no other animals can visit.

If anyone is looking for pest control that's honest. I had another company out to my house the other day, they said I had mice in my attic and quoted me $1400. I wanted a second opinion and the wife did as well, of course. So I had Nature Tech Solutions come out.He went up there in the attic and searched. First thing he said was the other company never searched the attic, and that the insulation wasn't disturbed until he just went up and did his inspection.So where they said I had an issue, there wasn't one. He told me signs to look out for and I haven't had any of the signs he said either. So he put my mind at ease and saved me a good chunk of money.If you want someone honest and communicates well. Look no further. I have him saved on my phone now, for if family ever needs someone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based upon the work required to resolve the problem effectively. Each home is a little different and thus a proper and full inspection will be needed to offer pricing on most issues.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon a customer reaching out to us for help, an inspection will be scheduled. During the inspection, we will inspect the attic and/or crawl space (when applicable) as well as the full exterior of the home so that we may understand how the animals are gaining entry to the home. We also need to know what other potential entry spots may be accessed next.
We work with the customer to understand the issues at play, then offer a solution. Typically, a 1 year warranty is offered on our services based upon the services purchased.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a decade of wildlife experience and construction experience combined to be able to offer our customers the highest level resolution at a fair price.
