We were so impressed with Leslie and his wife. The speed and quality of their work along with their willingness to communicate and listen was unmatched. We came to them with a vision and a tight timeline, and they delivered a thoughtful, well-executed design faster than we ever expected. We are so excited to continue to work with them on future projects.

Leslie helped me and my husband add on to our home in preparation for our new baby. We could not have been happier with the outcome and the professionalism his team showed. If we ever have another project, LGS ArchitecturalServices will be our first call.

Loved working with Leslie on enclosing our lanai. I presented drawings for our project that I thought were pretty good, but after one day working with Leslie, he drafted a plan that far EXCEEDED expectations! I’ll be working with Leslie and LGS ArchitecturalServices for all of my projects moving forward!

Leslie and his team were able to get me plans that were timely, within budget and permit ready. The team was kind and patient with my questions (I had many!) and truly I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the whole team!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I request an initial deposit to begin work. From there I send out invoices only after each phase is complete. Design phase, progress phase and permit phase.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to have an initial phone call, figure out the scope of work and what the homeowner already has in mind. I then send a soft proposal and go over the three design phases with each client. Once a deposit is sent, we work together until the design is how the owner wants it and we submit for permit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my bachelors degree in Architecture at Auburn University in 2003.
