My husband and I were trying to kickstart getting in shape before we relocated to a new state. My husband is working to get into shape to change careers, and I was just looking to feel better about myself. Both of us are well on our way as we have been working out with Matt for about 6 weeks and so far we have lost about 15 and 10 pounds respectively, while gaining more muscle and definition. His workouts are varied and the hour with him flies by. Matt has made good food suggestions for us and while we have not been perfect in our choices, he just encourages us to get back on the wagon. Overall, Matt is very motivating and pushes us to our limit to help us each our goals.

I was in gymnastics for 8+ years and about 3 years ago I had a bad accident where I was unable to work out or do almost anything for almost a whole year, I gained so much weight it was unbelievable. I tried so hard to lose weight but had not succeeded until I started training with Matt. He has been great. I started my sessions 2 months ago and I have lost 20lbs of fat and gained 7lbs in muscle ! I feel energized all the time, I look so much better and I cant wait to see myself get to my goal because I know with Matt I will!

Matt is an awesome trainer. I love working out with him! He listens to your goals and sets your workouts and meal plans accordingly. He also takes the time to show you how to do every exercise correctly. He is knowledgeable, professional, and fun! He has transformed my body and confidence in the past four weeks. Highly recommend! BTW Ladies he is very very good and toning those glutes :)

I initially was interested in a nutritionist and personal trainer but decided to start with a personal trainer and maybe throw nutrition in after I am comfortable with the training. So far, the training part has been excellent. I am working with Matt and he is very attentive to what I set as my goal and my personal fitness level. No work out is ever the same so there is always something new to learn. Most times, I feel like I've exercised but not so much that I can't move for two days afterward. Matt is always on time and is kind/friendly but still professional.
