Absolutely amazing trainer!! I've only gone to two sessions but my whole body is sore!! I LOVE it!! Matt is amazing! Respectable, nice, motivating!! Can't wait to see where I end up after 3 months. I know for sure I will keep renewing!! :D

Thanks to Matt Gray & Allegiance Fitness I am on my way to FINALLY achieving the level of fitness I hope to attain (& the body shape of course). I love the fact that my training will be one on one with my instructor and that they offer a variety of services (including one on one training, group exercises, meal planning, & classes) with reasonable affordable rates! They were all so accommodating to my schedule and not to mention very welcoming! I am extremely excited to start my journey with allegiance fitness! Personal training at its best Matt pays close attention to every detail. Takes the time to truly understand each clients ability and goals. Training with Matt has has changed my life I've been training with him for 7 months and have learned how to workout the right way and as important eat right. Couldn't be happier O ya and I lost 45 lbs and feel great. Wouldn't take the time to say all this if it wasn't true.

I'v been hitting the weight for over 25 years now..it's part of my life..while I have been self-reliant for many years now, I felt like something was missing..maybe I lost my drive, maybe it was time to change my outdated approach. Whatever the case, I realized I couldn't do it by myself any longer. I looked around for a personal trainer, a lot...and most of them had a better pitch then any real ability an know how.. Matt on the other hand just asked me to work out with him. And then we sat and talked. What an eye opener. Needless to say, I'm going into my 4th month without him. This guy is the real thing. He will un-learn you a build you back up!

Matt is an awesome trainer. I love working out with him! He listens to your goals and sets your workouts and meal plans accordingly. He also takes the time to show you how to do every exercise correctly. He is knowledgeable, professional, and fun! He has transformed my body and confidence in the past four weeks. Highly recommend! BTW Ladies he is very very good and toning those glutes :)
