You call, I answer. I fix Windows and Mac computers, phones and tablets, Wi-Fi, printers, email and Microsoft 365 remotely, and I show you what I am doing while you watch. No question is too small, and I will not hurry you through the answer.
Most of the people I take care of live in the Keys, Key West to Key Largo. The help is remote, so nothing gets unplugged, boxed up, or left with a stranger for a week, and there is no waiting on somebody to drive down US-1.
If someone got to you with a scam, call your bank first. Then contact me and we go through the rest together.
If something is not worth fixing, I will tell you, and it costs you nothing to hear it.

In just the last 8 months, Nicki Sutton has saved me from two separate Trojan Horse viruses.
Nick has been helping me for years with my computer, so when weird stuff started happening to my laptop, I did a forced shut-down and called Nick right away.
Realizing the financial dangers to me, Nick Immediately began examing my computer, and quickly discovered the malware. While I was sitting on my couch, Nick was able to log into my computer, while Nick was still at his house, and then performed the much needed repairs.

I first met Nicholas when he worked at RadioShack in the Winn-Dixie shopping center in Big Pine Key, Florida. I was very impressed with his knowledge of computers and phones and techie devices that I know nothing about. I was very sorry when he left the Keys, but I made sure I had a way to keep in contact with him, and I'm so glad I did. He really knows how to make ornery phones and computers and tablets do what they're supposed to do. He always comes through with some kind of a solution. It's not always that easy to find even a RadioShack in the Keys anymore, so he's my lifeline to sanity.
