Maila is an absolute pleasure to work with. I spent 7 months; weekly lessons with her to learn Arabic. She was thorough, patient and well prepared for the lesson. She is extremely responsive and accommodating to your needs. I truly learned more than I expected. Maila even took the time to learn about me to apply my life situation in the Arabic examples. The lessons are a great value! I recommend Maila to anyone who is looking for a fantastic experience! My hectic schedule got in the way of my studying but I do intend to pick up with her again in the near future; that is how much I enjoyed the experience.

My son is 3 and she manages to keep him well engaged throughout the lesson. She uses a variety of materials and keeps the lesson interesting. My son looks forward to his Arabic teacher coming home and has learned so much in the short time that she has taught him in.
I personally like that she's flexible with our times too. I would recommend her to anyone.

Maila has been an excellent teacher for my teenage daughter. My daughter had several years of Arabic before starting with Maila and she was able to step right in and continue with her studies. We asked Maila to teach our 4 year old Arabic, a language that no one in our home speaks. From her first visit, Maila immediately established such a wonderful relationship with all of our children. Specifically with regards to our 4 year old, she immediately engaged in a completely immersive (Arabic-only) experience. From the way Maila engages with our children, it is absolutely clear to us that she cares for her learners, and really enjoys what she does. Over the course of just a few months, Maila has really done a great job expanding our son's vocabulary. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have taught French to students from age 3 to 70 years old ! so I offer reasonable price, giving that I have 20 years of teaching experience.
Possible reduction of fees with more hours with the same student.
Each location is always quoted separately depending on the distance and the time required to drive.
Also the weekend lessons are quoted separately,
Your time for the lessons are very important to me, they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least one day notice for cancellations or rescheduling of lesson to avoid the full payment of the lesson.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
