A friend recommended Bishop Bros after 2 companies insisted we needed a new HVAC system. Our house hasnt been able to cool properly all summer. The tech that came out actually took the time to diagnose the issue. He went around testing airflow at each vent, testing the refrigerant charge, and inspecting the ductwork in the attic. Turned out we had low refrigerant from a slow leak plus a partially collapsed flex duct. He fixed the leak and replaced the damaged duct run the same visit.The difference was immediate. The upstairs is finally cool and the humidity is back under control. Pricing was more than fair and Im relieved I didnt need a new system!
