Fuse Service completely lived up to their outstanding Thumbtack reviews. Oleg came out to my house with very little notice and even moved some things around to get here earlier because it’s so hot out and my a/c wasn’t working. As a single mom, I’m always concerned about getting ripped off and oversold due to my lack of knowledge about much of anything related to home improvement and maintenance. Oleg did NOT try to sell me a new a/c unit like another place recently attempted to do, although he could have because my unit is 10 years old. He told me it’s running fine, aside from the drain line issue which he was able to quickly resolve. The price was fair and reasonable and, of equal importance, Oleg was friendly, VERY knowledgeable, and completely confident in his assessment of the work needed (and what wasn’t needed). Going forward, I will only use this company for my a/c needs!

As a woman, I am always wary of any kind of handyman taking advantage of the possibility that I don’t know much about anything and then trying to sell me on fear tactics. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH ATLANTFLOW!
I was very pleased with the thorough diagnostic on my ac system and the explanation about everything that he found and how it relates, or doesn’t, to my issue. He wasn’t pushy when trying to get me to do certain maintenance items and simply gave me the information & sent an estimate and let me sleep on it. I’m very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and knowledge of the tech Ygor that came out.
Did I mention it was the same day??
10/10 would recommend:)
Fuse AC responded within minutes .
The technician , Artsiom, was prompt, knowledgeable, and serviced my airconditioning unit to regain my cool air .
The only recommendation would be before the technician does any work that cost more that the cost of the visit ,to advise on the price before getting into fixing the problem. I did make sure I asked the price after he put some time into it.
But the price to repair price was reasonable!
I will use Fuse AC again!!

It was a great experience to have done business with these guys. Ly ac stopped working and sent some request here and others and these guys were the first to respond and were available in the next hour. They arrived on time and were able to give the diagnosis and upfront estimate which was fair price. Will hire these guys in future if I need any AC work done!!
