Colin responded immediately to the AC not working. He made an emergency stop to see if it needed replaced or could be repaired. After determining repair, he scheduled a time later that day after his already scheduled appointment. He was efficient, professional and able to save my daughter from a day of 97 degree heat with no air. Would recommend.
