FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on system size, access, ductwork condition, and permit requirements. We provide clear, itemized estimates after a quick assessment (photos or on-site visit). If a diagnostic visit is needed, the fee is credited toward the repair when you move forward. No surprise add-ons—any change is discussed and approved before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick call/text to understand the issue and gather details (photos help). 2. On-site assessment and options (repair vs replace, comfort fixes, ductwork). 3. Written estimate with scope and timeline. 4. Schedule work, pull permits if required. 5. Professional start-up: nitrogen test, deep vacuum, drain safety, and performance verification. 6. Clean-up and walkthrough with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Florida Certified Mechanical Contractor (CMC). EPA 608 Certified and OSHA 30 completed. Background checked and license verified. We follow Florida code and manufacturer requirements, with a focus on proper sizing, airflow, drainage safety, and clean workmanship.
