- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The prices are based on 1 hour training sessions for 1 on 1 training. They can be adjusted based on length, additional people or discounted if bought in packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first session is designed to be an evaluation to make sure you feel comfortable with the training, assess your goals and answer any questions you may have. After that we can arrange a set schedule to continue on with the training sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA since May 2014. I have a 5th degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate with over 24 years of training. I have been teaching Martial Arts and fitness for the past 16 years from 3 years old to 89 years old! I am a certified nutrition specialist and a certified core training specialist. I am currently a Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighter and a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
