I hired a "engineer" from another app and the guy did half of the job and blocked me from the app and that was the only of communication with him. I downloaded thumbtack and contacted them to do my plans all over again. First thing I asked was if I can talk over the phone with someone and Nick with no hesitation game me his phone number and told me to call him. After I talked to him over the phone I decided to hire them. Nick, Laura and Manuel worked with me in and always picked up the phone or answered my emails. They where able to fix my problems and made me new plans the right way. After everything was done I submitted the plans to the city on a Thursday night and the next day in the morning it was approved. 100% recommended

We have a minimum fee of $2000 for architectural and engineering projects. Most new construction projects come in around $10-15k for full permit sets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do onboarding within 24 hours. If a site visit is required we schedule that within 24 hours.
