Dorothy was very encouraging. We had a big mess on our hands. Dorothy assessed the situation and worked alongside me until the job was done. She did not mind getting her hands dirty and/or breaking a sweat. Because that’s exactly what it took to get things in order. She is a self starter and gave her suggestions which we valued.
