What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You’ll find base pricing for each of our packages on our website because we believe in being transparent from the beginning. However, no two weddings are exactly alike! After learning more about your plans, priorities, venue, guest count, and the support you need, we’ll create a customized package and proposal designed specifically for your wedding. This ensures you’re only paying for the services that will genuinely make your planning experience easier and your wedding day seamless.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary consultation where we get to know you, hear what you’re envisioning, and talk through where you are in the planning process. From there, we’ll create a personalized proposal with the services and support that best fit your needs. Once you’re officially booked, you’ll receive access to your private planning portal, and we’ll guide you through each step with clear communication, thoughtful organization, and plenty of support. Our goal is for you to feel excited and confident from our very first conversation through the final moments of your wedding day.
