After getting several quotes from many different plumbers and contractors, we finally found the best company to remodel our bathroom. Dean came to our house to assess the situation and to give us a quote and we were so impressed with his knowledge and experience, that we truly felt as if we were treated like family. Bath Solutions did a great job from start to finish with our bathroom remodel. We first met with sales manager Dean who listened carefully to what we wanted to have done and clearly explained all of the options for financing our project. Every project is different, so we provide a free consultation and estimate to understand the customer’s needs and recommend the right solution. We focus on durable, high-quality materials and professional installation so homeowners receive long-lasting results for their investment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a consultation where we discuss the homeowner’s goals, budget, and design preferences. We then recommend the best options for their bathroom, such as replacement tubs, walk-in showers, or bath conversions. Once the design is finalized, our trained installers complete the project, many of our bath upgrades can be completed quickly, sometimes in as little as one day depending on the scope of work.
