Long haul trucker returning home only to find out at 10pm that the AC wasn’t working. Put in a Thumbtack request and received a message and then a phone call from Randy. Randy showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. He quickly identified the problems and what needed to be done. The needed parts were in two different locations. But, instead of making this a two day job, he drove to both places for the parts and finished the job the same day. I’m pleased with his expertise and quality work.
