Randy quickly answered our inquiry, and was able to come the same day and evaluate the problem. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and explained things clearly. He gave me enough information so I could make a good decision. I needed a new air conditioning unit since it was only working ant 13%, and his team worked late to complete it the same day. They went above and beyond staying later into the evening. He stopped many times to explain what he was doing and updated the time of completion. My unit works very well, it is night and day. He ran to the store and got an updated thermostat and placed it. He even helped to set it up. I believe the price of the service and product was fair and good value. He treated my home respectfully. I would highly recommend Randy for any air conditioning work.

Randy was absolutely amazing! He responded immediately to my request, and arrived at the property within an hour. His knowledge and professionalism are top-notch. He quickly diagnosed the issue which turned out to be a serious fire hazard and repaired it efficiently. The tenant is happy and comfortable again thanks to his swift and skilled work. I was having issues with my hvac freezing. I contacted them, and Randy responded within minutes. He came out same day. He replaced my air dryer and cleaned my coils off. He also was able to use a Freon recycler. This allowed him to reuse my perfectly good Freon. This saved me hundreds of dollars. He truly cared about providing a great experience and keeping the price reasonable. My house is back down to a comfortable 72 degrees
