- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is clear, fair, and competitive in the industry landscape.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will assess the customer’s damage to see if a repair will suffice, or if a full replacement is needed. From there I will collect some information on the vehicle, so I can provide a clear quote. Whether the customer prefers to use insurance or pay cash, they can be assured the process will be easy. Once parts are ordered, the customer will be scheduled and the work will be completed within the week. After the work is complete, they can rest assured in my customer guarantee, and lifetime warranty.

4 years experience in the field, working with 3 of the largest companies in Florida before opening my own shop.
