Chris has been to our home three different times to address some plumbing concerns.The first time he installed a new SS Kitchen Sink and Sprayer Faucet for us. He was most careful and diligent, taking the necessary time to do the job properly. It both looked, and worked great.I also asked him to replace/upgrade the Supply lines to all the Toilets/Sinks in the house.When the house was constructed, the original builder used the very cheapest ultra-low quality crimped fit supply lines. One hundred percent Builder Grade.My Brother and Sister-in-Law had similar supply lines in their very expensive SoCal home. One day when they were both at work, one of the upstairs Main Bathroom supply lines separated, and flooded both levels of their home.Although their Homeowners Insurance covered some of the repair costs, it took months for the job to be completed, and was a major nuisance for them.I talked with Chris about that potential problem, and he wholeheartedly agreed with the upgrade plan. He returned and did the Supply Line work the following day. It was also flawless!The last time Chris helped us out was replacing the Cartridge in our Main Bathroom Shower. The original cartridge failed to shut off completely, resulting in a constant dripdripdrip that was driving us crazy.If you look at YouTube vids that would seem to be an easy repair. In reality, thats not the case.Chris handled it without complication, and the drip is now history!Finally, My wife wants to completely redo that Main Bathroom, and establish a wet room with a new stylish Freestanding Tub, and Rain Shower. (Thanks HGTV!)We discussed that project with Chris and he will be doing all the required plumbing work. He also suggested a contractor he knows to help coordinate all the necessary work to be done.Chris recently opened his own Plumbing Company (Ascalon), and were certain it will grow to be very successful under his tutelage!In summary, if youre in need of Plumbing Service we could not recommend Chris any higher. Hes local to the Tampa Bay Area, and has a young Family. Hes very personable, competent, and dedicated to doing the job correctly, the first time.Give him a call. Were certain you wont be disappointed!PS. When we first met Chris, he was working for another Plumber in town. The only contact we had for him was through his former employee. I left a voicemail with that person, and he called back saying Chris was no longer associated with him. But, he also said Chris was still a good friend, and offered to give me his current contact info.That said a LOT to me. Frequently when an employee leaves a company to then become a competitor, there can be less than positive feelings. That is not the case here, and reflects very well as to the character Chris represents.

Excellent service. I hired Ascalon to fix a plumbing job that was less than ideal. He repaired the mistakes and gave me what I originally wanted. I've had him do a new install with a water heater and repair plumbing to a large sink that a previous plumber messed up. He also fixed my toilet when it was acting up. He's professional and friendly and explains in a way I can understand. Dependable. Personable. Professional. Definitely the one to call.
