I cannot believe the job that they did the carpetcleaning that I had done made my carpets look brand new again. What an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone. They are kind, personable and just very nice people. I plan on using them a lot. I’ve had other carpetcleaners, and they were in and out in less than a half hour and didn’t really look like anything was done. They just told me it was old and too soiled. My carpets were not soiled. A&B was in my house almost 2 hours doing a fabulous job doing a Triple process to make my carpets look new. When they were done, my whole house smelled super clean. Truly a five star job!!

Arlan did a FANTASTIC JOB on my condo carpetcleaning. SPotted, steam cleaned and raked professionally and left the condo in cleaner condition than when I rented it.
Would definitely recommend. Even though he traveled from Brandon to Venice, there was no complaining and he took his time to do a great job. Also cleaned my runner and walk in closets. His quotes below the BIg guys and his cleaning far above!!

I am a family man with two kids ones 10 and the other7 boy and girl I like my job in what I do and I want to give the best life for my family and take care of my wife cuz happy wife is a happy life I'm a God-fearing USA loving American that's proud in doing a great job I can't sleep at night unless I know the job is done right I'm an honest person that's going to tell you what your carpets going to look like before I even start it so you can make the decision what you would like to have done and pay for
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to the door and introduce myself as Arlan with A&B carpet cleaners I'll give you an explanation on how I'm going to clean your carpets what chemicals are involved and what stains will be removed and what stains cannot be removed and what's the process to getting all the stain removal completed to your satisfaction I will first do a pre spray which is a dirt release agent that will cause the stains to be removed from the carpet pile and it's safe for pets then I go and flush the carpet with my extraction cleaning machine cleaning with ph reduced enzyme treated water which removes all the soap from the pile of your carpet just like a person washing their hair leaving no high pH soap residue around then when finished I'll ask you if you're completely satisfied with the work done before I leave and load the equipment into my truck

I am a high-school graduate with diploma I was trained by an 18-year veteran of complete carpet flooring and carpet installation specialist certified in all fields he was known as The Best of the Best of his time now he has retired so I have taken over his shoes and continue going to carpet certification training learning new and more advanced ways for carpet care
