Excellent response time and got an immediate quote. A/C broke in the mobile grooming van, so they had to come a few hours later. However, they did email me and tell me this. We have a skittish orange creamsicle-colored 3-year-old Maine Coon named Cooper I had to force him into the cat transporter - ugh! He was meowing loudly. I thought they would have problems with him since he was anxious, had never been groomed, and had paw nails a mile long! To our absolute delight, a 1/2 hour later, smelling like a fresh peach our 18 lb. Cooper came out looking fantastic. Much thanks. ~ Ihor & Rosel

I have a cat who is friendly and loves petting, but she is an indoor cat who is difficult to load into a carrier and she will defend herself if she feels threatened. I was not able to cut the knots off her tummy because she wouldn't let me. I needed a professional. I made it clear to the groomers that she was a difficult cat, but they took on the job and are still alive to tell of the adventure. I am thankful for what they did. They did manage to remove the knots from her tummy and do other grooming, including trimming her claws. How they managed that, I will never know. They were very caring with this difficult cat and were expert in getting her into her carrier with no trouble at all.

Diana and Elizabeth are real pros. They arrived within the given time window, took the time to meet and greet my 12 y.o. rescue Yorkie, so that he would be less anxious getting into the van, and were so gentle with him. He was abused and abandoned so he's skittish around strangers, and can get aggressive. He was beautifully groomed and calm when Diana brought him up to the door! I am very pleased with Happy Pets and will be using them as his regular groomer from now on.
