- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“First, we do a quick meet-and-greet with your pup to make sure they’re comfortable. Then we go over your grooming preferences, coat condition, and any special needs. We’ll explain the process, give you an estimate, and keep you updated throughout. After the groom, we’ll also provide care tips to keep your pup looking fresh between visits.”
