- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls my company for service I listen to their needs and concerns. I then offer a phone consultation to give advice of what would be the next step to take in order to solve their problem or concern.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Pinellas Technical College for Industrial Electrical Construction in 1996 I started in the trade as a electrician's helper while enrolling in a electrical apprenticeship program to become a licensed Journeyman Electrician. In 2000, I graduated from the Associated Builders and Contractors program for electrical apprenticeship. In 2000, I took and passed the exam to become a Licensed Journeyman Electrician. I worked as a Journeyman Electrician for many years before being inspired to start my own electrical contracting business. I began to study for my Master's License taking extra classes and lots of studying. In 2002, I took and passed the exam and became a Licensed Master Electrician.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I remember growing up as a little boy always fascinated on how things work. I enjoyed leaning and building things. As I got older I got interested in more with electricity, how does it work and how does it make other things work. I would check out books from the library on how to make small electrical projects. I watched the electrician's in buildings around the area work in buildings and make electricity come alive.
