Friendly Pest Control came out to an estimate on a couple of things. "K" came out, and he exceeded our expectations. He was very informative and walked us through the whole process, and they had a fair price for quarterly service. Really pleased with the experience and look forward to being a loyal customer for years to come.

I would choose all five of the options above. They were quick with availability and efficient and personable with their service and effective with the job. They will be my pest company as long as Elvis is there! He's so friendly but focused. He absolutely gained my trust with the work he said he was going to do, the work he did (same) and the results I saw just as he predicted. Overall, experience, value and results...we have a winner with the folks at Friendly Pest Solutions.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount for military, senior citizens and first responder families.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go out to the home. Do a complete and thorough free inspection of your home (inside, outside, attic & crawl space if your home has one). We go over, in detail, our treatment procedures. We leave you a detailed report of our findings. In most cases, we can start the work the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified pest control operator in Florida and I am certified in 4 categories: General Household Pests, Wood Destroying Organisms, Lawn & Ornamental and Fumigation.
