- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to call and discuss your project over the phone to better gauge the scope and understand what you need done. We find that a lot can get lost in translation when a custom repair is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s of Science in General Engineering with a minor in Fine Art so not only will your pieces be aesthetically pleasing they will also be structurally sound!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’m a third generation cabinet maker and furniture builder while others grew up making sand castles and mud pies I was in the shop adding glue to sawdust and making sculptures. I’ve been working in the furniture industry for almost 20 years since and have studied under several world class woodworkers. I’ve traveled and lived all over the country working with different native wood species and understanding the challenges of working in different climates and how the wood reacts in them. I’m a well seasoned woodworker and ready to tackle your projects!
