John was terrific. I reached out to Gold Standard late on a Saturday morning because they were highly rated and local to Brandon, FL. Within seconds of sending my Thumbtack message, John responded. He was finishing a job in Tampa and offered to give me a free estimate. He followed up with status updates and an ETA. By early afternoon, John was at my home. It was obvious that my garage door needed work. John quickly evaluated, provided me with options and answered all of my questions. He had all the parts in his vehicle and by mid-afternoon, I had a nice quiet and safe garage door again. Gold Standard will be doing my garage door work from now on.
