- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m customer-oriented, knowledgeable and honest. I don’t have any hidden fees but always can negotiate my prices and give a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with a new customers I spend a few minutes to go over any concerns and suggestions about the project. I write and present a quote to the customer and upon approval I then start working on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience working with any kinds of home improvements, renovations, repairs and problem solving. It’s not just a business for me. I like to help people and use my experience and skills. Safety, quality and standards always matter to me.
