Tim is a gentle giant. He arrived on time and took care of the damage. His work was neat and tidy. One would not be aware of any previous impairment to the structure. Tim also replaced existing outlets with those containing usb ports. I am so happy with his work and will use him again. His service and price is exceptionally valuable.
