Pricing depends on the size of the home, condition, and specific services requested. Move-out and first-time cleanings are priced higher due to the level of detail required. Add-ons such as oven, refrigerator, baseboards, and excessive buildup are additional. Homes with pets may also include a small fee depending on condition. I offer discounts for recurring cleanings (every 4 weeks), but not for one-time or irregular bookings.
