- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My ideal customer knows exactly what their budget is and is willing to pay a little more because they gravitate to or favor the style of artwork I produce. My pricing is non-negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
6 EASY STEPS! 1. The customer and I will have a Virtual Consultation via text, call, or email to discuss # of Locations, # of Wardrobe Changes, # of Subjects Being Photographed, & Theme/Motivation for the photo session. 2. The customer can expect to receive a quote within the 24hrs. 3. The customer can then make a deposit & choose desired time and date based on availability. (non-refundable, non-transferable) 4. Picture Day!!!!! I will send a reminder text & email to the customer to remind them of their session. - The customer and I will meet at the first location at the scheduled time. - The remaining balance will be due prior to beginning the session. - Then the magic happens!!!! 5. Concluding the session, the customer will receive their proof of purchase/paid invoice receipt via email. - The customer will receive the digital proofs from their session. (Image processing turn around time is 24-72 hrs. depending on the session requirements) 6. The customer will then be able to select from a wide variety of print options, custom keepsakes, and personalized gift options. Enjoy!
