I cannot recommend Hector enough! I was extremely nervous before the appointment because my dog, Tank, is a large Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and unfortunately people often judge him based on his size and breed before getting to know him.

Hector was kind, patient, and professional from the moment he arrived. Tank absolutely loved him and was even licking his face! After the grooming was finished, Hector told me Tank was calm the entire time, which was such a relief to hear.

Tank came back looking and smelling amazing, and it was obvious he had been treated with care and compassion. As a dog owner, it means the world to find someone who sees your dog for who they are instead of making assumptions.

Thank you, Hector, for taking such wonderful care of my sweet boy. We will definitely be booking again!

I had a great experience with them. I have a large ver anxious Australian shepherd with a lot of hair. Hector showed up on time. Communicated and sent me pictures throughout the process. My pup looked great!!!!. I will definitely utilize their services again. So convenient, great response time a good value compared to other services I have used.

Vera of Happy Pets responded very quickly to my request; I had some concerns about my cat who is 15 years old. She is not used to being around strangers. Vera was very reassuring. My cat did great and looks so much better. i would highly recommend Happy Pets
