How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in the healthcare field as a registered nurse and after seeing the many changes that nursing has gone through and all the budget cutbacks, I found that I could not spend as much time with my patients as I felt was needed and so counseling was the profession I chose which affords me the time to spend as much time as needed with my clients.
