Patricia recently planned my daughter sweet 17 birthday party. The them was a Safari them. This was the first time I hired a planner and I was more than pleased. We met with other planners that had great ideas for our event but Patricia welcoming and she gave the feel of ease and trust. I had no doubt she would do a great job. She gave us ideas and thought of things we didn't even imagine. The end results were amazing and exactly what my daughter imagined. We were overwhelmed and so were our guests. I would hire her again and again.

For my daughters 13th birthday, I wanted a NY theme party. After meeting with Patricia and communicating to her what I was looking for, she did an amazing job making the hall look just like NY and did all of it within the budget we discussed. She even threw in extras for the table and chairs so it could look more elegant. I would definitely recommend Patricia for any event planning and will definitely use her for her creative ideas and services the next time I do another large party like this.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee just for basic services( planning, decor, set up, first hour consultation free with additional charges for added services . Then there's a set aside contingency fee to cover rental fees, deposits, supplies, decor. If you want to see detail ideas $50 charge at time of consultation to cover if not hired and my ideas.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do phone ,text or email contact too receive more details on event. Then I would set up a consultation date to go over complete details ,go over contract and fee.Then once contract sign we start planning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend bridal expos. And member of bridal consulting, lots of research on bridal websites ,member of several vendor sites.
