- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fitness Consultation: Complimentary One-on-One Personal Training: starting at $60 per session Additional trainees: +$15 per session per additional participant up to 3 people total Group Training: starting at $25 per person per session, 4-8 people Virtual Training: starting at $60 per session Custom Programming: $150 every 4 weeks Please see the "Services" section of my website for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session with any new client is a fitness consultation. We will talk about your goals and how we can best get to them, as well as reviewing injuries and fitness history. I will also be having you perform some basic movements such as a bodyweight squat in order to assess you for limitations and possible muscle imbalances. When we decide to move forward I will begin working on a program to get you to your goals.
