- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer senior citizen and military discounts. We do not give quotes over the phone since every job is unique. Even if it seems to be an easy fix it might be more complex than it appears, which is why our technicians need to assess the full scope of the issue first to provide you with the best solution and accurate pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to your property and collect more information about the issue you are experiencing. We will visually inspect the situation and ask clarifying questions for a further understanding. Afterwards, we will provide you with the next steps and pricing. Our process is to educate you on the issue and answer your questions for better understanding to offer the best possible assistance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed and insured company. Also, we are certified in backflow testing. We have been in the plumbing field for 8+ years now.
