One day after this review was posted: The gate has been fixed using an upgraded gate...issue resolved! So glad to have things taken care of.UPDATE: Received a call after this was posted that the gate will be fixed tomorrow AM. I'll remove this after it's done and working.ORIGINAL POST: I hired Pro Talent based on reviews...apparently something has changed. The third week of cleaning, on 4/18/2023 the tech went to our neighbor's house vs ours, broke their gate trying to get in. We saw him there, told him wrong house...came to ours. Neighbor realized gate was broken, told him, was told they would fix it. After a couple of calls, promises that someone would be there...not showing up...Hunter from Pro Talent finally DID come out to see the damage. Hunter said it needed to be replaced...metal was bent. Said he'd order a new one and would be there on 4/28/2023 to install it. Never showed up. Neighbor called on 5/1/2023, was told Hunter would be there on 430p that day...never showed up.Now...nobody is returning my calls when I attempt to follow up on my neighbor's behalf. Nor are they answering when I attempt to reach them.I'll post updates when/if this is resolved. Until then, I'd advise anyone to be weary of this company...they seem to be going through some internal chaos and are less than reliable or stable.

We were looking for a pool company to talk to about swapping our single-speed pump out for a variable speed pump for energy savings. So glad that we found Hunter with Pro Talent Pool & Paver because he was very knowledgeable on both pump types! He provided us education on both and answered all of our questions (we had a lot). He never made us feel pressured or like we were just a # or a paycheck. He made a few recommendations and gave us time to do our research, which aligned with everything he said. We were scheduled for a variable speed pump install within a few days! He was fantastic with communication, arrived on time and was professional. Cant recommend this company enough. Definitely worth reaching out to for any pool needs! Thanks Hunter!
