Spencer called almost immediately after I submitted a request for a quote to resurface my pool, even on Thanksgiving Day! He spent time with me on the phone educating me on the different material types. He came out that weekend with a variety of materials and colors. I felt he spent adequate time discussing how the project will unfold and what to expect, from start to finish. He was spot on! He provided daily updates on which workers would be at my home working. All the workers were very professional and cleaned up after each day. There was never a lack in communication or or expectations. I am so happy with the results! Thank you Spencer!
