What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each year I take the new QuickBooks Certification so I am staying up on all the new features of each of the new products. I also read updates and blogs on the new rules and regs on Bookkeeping.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they make of list of their wants and needs. What they are willing to do and not do. What is their budget
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I am a mother of two teenagers and a wife to a wonderful man for the last 18 years. They are my support system. They have been helping me in various aspects of my/our business since the kids where 10 and my husband since the day I opened my doors. Without them I would not be me.
