I can’t say enough good things about this company. I was deciding between a couple different quotes and I am so happy I chose them! They were hardworking, punctual, professional and trustworthy. The job was started on time and ended on time. The craftsmanship was amazing, and they were reasonably priced as well. I made the right choice by hiring them and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Robert is a perfectionist, and he works as a true partner. It always felt like Robert was "on our side" throughout the process. We worked with Robert on a massive renovation for our house--from top to bottom. The results were nothing less than spectacular. The project involved re-configuring the kitchen, two new bathrooms, combining rooms, opening up walls, significant demolition, raising the ceiling, skim coating, installing new trim, custom doors and painting inside and out. Robert and his crew were always super responsive, reliable and professional. Robert told us his work schedule in advance. He and his crew arrived early and worked late each day. Robert listened to our questions and concerns and he offered solutions. He explained every step so we could follow. He understood our vision for the project and executed precisely to our direction. Robert was constantly coming back to check on the work done from the previous day. If something was not working properly through no fault of his (like the appliances were too large for the alcove), he offered a solution to work around it. And thankfully, he remained calm. Robert offered solutions to incorporate a room formerly used as a "sun porch" into the living area which is now used as our dining room. The room is on a different level than the living room which imposed challenges. Robert designed and installed a beautiful metal banister railing which helps link the two spaces. He also installed numerous tiles throughout the house. Some of the tiles were difficult to work with given their shape and manufacture. The tiles are all beautifully installed and perfectly lined up in the kitchen, bathrooms and on the floor in every room of the house. He helped move the project forward by offering advice on acquiring materials, particularly the timing when each phase of the project was being completed. He came in within his estimated budget. Robert is super honest. When we changed one phase of the project he subtracted the cost for the work that was no longer required. Robert is very knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of construction. He designed and built a block retaining wall in our backyard where the property slopes down which was all done to local Code. We also asked Robert to help fix up our parents' house. This project included restoring numerous old windows in an historic house. We cannot say enough positive things about Robert ! We are grateful for his work and enjoy the results.

I hired Kis Property about 2 or 3 years ago to do my bathrooms in my house. I had another contractor doing the work but he did a very bad job and I let him go. When I contacted Robert, he came right away to check the job and send the estimate and I accepted it. The job was done perfectly and it was beautiful. I loved what he did to both bathrooms, master and guest, I hired him to paint the whole house. He and Christian painted the whole house and I did not see one spot of paint any where else but on the wall. That was amazing. I had them put crown moulding in the whole house and they did the garage floor. After doing these jobs, I called Robert again to do my kitchen. All I can say is "Wow". See the attached pics. Robert is very meticulous and takes pride in his work. I would recommend Kis Property to anyone and I have already.

I apologize if it was any misunderstanding about the time I promised the estimate. Normally I ask for 3 to 4 days to provide an estimate and I did it at this time too.

Every contractor pricing based on their time and price range which could be a big difference between contractors. The client has to decide based on the presentation and their budget.

Contacting immediately with the client about their project. Make an appointment for the estimate. Explaining the project and timeline. Provide the es time in a reasonable timeframe. And start and finish the project based on the client expectations.
