Thomas Manning, the proprietor of the business, personally came out to give the estimate. Although his price was not significantly less expensive than his competitors, he was the only company that did not require a deposit upfront. I had a very large job that needed to be done, and I appreciated not having the stress of possibly tracking a company down that does not return to finish the entire job, even though they've been paid. The tenant at my house can sometimes be extremely rude, Thomas Manning and his employees handled there interactions with her very professionally. There was a little bit of a wait to be scheduled, considering how professional, efficient and reasonable they are, it's understandable and entirely worth the wait!

I would recommend Manning Lawn Service to everyone . I've used them a lot over the years from new sod to tree trimming. I called Thomas again last week to come out to trim some trees and do some landscaping. He gave me a great price and knocked out fast. It's difficult to find a company you can trust But they always exceeded my expectations . These guys are amazing!!! Joe N

Thomas Manning and his Team were extremely Professional and Exceeded my Expectations!!! I had Sod put down in my backyard and Thomas recommended stone on the side of my house where the Garbage Bins are and a jet ski trailer sits.. Never thought to do that and it looks Beautiful.. Makes a Great Walk way... Thomas has also cut several trees for us and has shaped my yard perfectly.. I would highly recommend his Company to my Family & Friends..

I used Thumbtack for the first time to find someone to do some irrigation and sprinkler work at our office building. Thomas was extremely prompt in getting me a quote and came out immediately to survey the work to be done. He was exceptionally thorough; he took the time to review all aspects of the job and answer any and all questions for myself and the property owners. He was able to begin the work immediately, which was such a great added bonus. He found some additional work that needed to be done and was not pushy at all about it, instead he imparted his expertise about what the issues were and how to fix them. Thomas is very obviously knowledgeable about all aspects of lawn care and was sure to check in and go over the progress and any issues he came across while working. His rates are quite reasonable and he works diligently. It was a pleasure to work with Thomas and we'll be using him for subcontracting work in the future because of his dedication to excellence and level of knowledge and professionalism. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and is going to get a different price Lawn sizes are different landscaping jobs are different sizes irrigation repairs can be minor to a whole system update tree trimming tree removals they're all different prices due to the difficulty of the job in the size of the trees , pressure washing is the same way . Every job that I do , I must see it in person to bid the job fairly and accurately .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st talk with on the phone or by email 2nd set a day to go to there home or business to give them a estimate and to introduce my self to them . 3rd let the customer review the estimate and let them decide if they would like to hire me and my staff .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training has been hands on . I have 18 years experience in Landscaping, Tree work , Lawn Services etc....
