Good communication, fair estimate, both this estimate and the other were the same amount for a short distance outlet installation, but this one did not increase his labor price for a further away outlet installation like the other did, just the cost of materials. I bought the materials at Home Depot with him so that I could use my military discount, and then paid him only the labor we discussed in the estimate. Would use him again with any further projects.
