Xtreme Pro Services is a great company to work with. They are super responsive, well priced and the quality of the work was excellent. I had three ceiling fans replaced, all the smoke alarms replaced and leaking toilet repaired, the work was completed the day after I contacted Xtreme. Johnathan installed three fans and fixed a shower faucet that he had to cut a hole in the wall to access it. I tried to have all the parts but he had to make some trips for supplies. Always kept me up to date when he was arriving and quick to respond to my initial request (came out less than 24 hours). I am new to the area and was nervous to find someone honest and qualified. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always let them know I’m here for them, if they want something done a certain way I will do just that as long as it is safe, if a customer wants me to do something that isn’t safe or could be a potential hazard I eill always make sure to speak with them about it and just make sure the customer is satisfied every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just being on the job and learning as I go, I always asked questions and have always wanted to learn more!!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out doing restoration such as water damage, fire damage and mold cleanup, throughout the years occasional reconstruction was needed and I would be able to take part in helping and learning on these reconstruction projects!
