I have been working in Food and Beverage for 25 years. I have always wanted to work for myself .
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Cocktail parties, BBQ dinners, heavy hors d'oeuvres and a few sit down dinners. Cater for senior citizens who are bed ridden or recuperating from surgery. I am a Certified Nutritionist.
