FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We sell value over price, so it really depends on what you value. Quality craftsmanship? We got it. Professional and dependable? Every day. Excellent service? This is where you find it. That's mainly how we stay competitive, we're not cheap but our prices are reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask lot's of questions about your project goals, and expectations to zero in on providing you with the best service we can possibly give you for your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my career in construction in 2008 as a laborer and gained experience in several trades before starting my own home repair and remodeling business in 2012. After relocating to East Texas from Colorado in 2018, I worked as the project manager of an established custom home builder in Tyler for several months. During this time, I found it incredibly difficult to find good contractors to work with on the large projects I was overseeing. After several bad experiences with borderline criminal contractors, and hearing countless stories from others. I began to believe the best way to solve this problem, was to go back in business for myself, and be the solution. With a focus on integrity, quality craftsmanship, and excellent service, I am now the East Texas Craftsman.
