Referral Rewards: If you were referred by a friend or family member, we’ll apply your $150 referral credit right on your final invoice. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Inquiry & Qualification You reach out via phone, email, or our Thumbtack profile. We gather basic details about your home, gutter needs, and timeline. 2. Free On-Site Estimate We schedule a convenient time for one of our specialists to visit your property. During the walkthrough, we measure, inspect existing gutters, and discuss any special concerns. 3. Detailed Proposal & Pricing Within 24–48 hours you receive a written, all-inclusive quote covering materials, labor, and warranty. We review the proposal together, answer questions, and discuss any available discounts or financing options. 4. Appointment Confirmation & Deposit Once you approve, we lock in your installation date with a small, refundable deposit. You get a confirmation email with appointment details and prep instructions. 5. Professional Installation On the scheduled day, our trained crew arrives on time, in uniform, and fully equipped. We complete the installation efficiently, protect your landscaping, and keep you informed throughout. 6. Final Walk-Through & Payment After installation, we do a joint inspection to ensure everything looks perfect. You pay the remaining balance (online, check, or financing) only once you’re 100% satisfied. 7. Cleanup & Follow-Up We leave your property spotless and haul away all debris. A few days later, we’ll check in to confirm you’re happy and to answer any follow-up questions. 8. Warranty & Ongoing Support Your new Rhino Gutter System comes with a limited lifetime workmanship warranty. Should you ever need maintenance or have questions, simply call or message us.

Manufacturer-Certified Installers: Every member of our installation team completes the Rhino Gutter System certification program, covering proper layout, attachment methods, and system diagnostics. OSHA & Safety Training: We maintain up-to-date OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour certifications to ensure every job site meets the highest safety standards.
